His Excellency President of INDIA Sh.Pranab Mukherjee , arrived at Sahastradhara Helipad 15 minutes ago on the connectiong route to mussorie...its the same helipad which was used during operation "RAHAT" resuce mission for Uttrakhand Floods in June 2013.
